Pete’s Camp Architectural Rules
1. Homeowners are required to provide restroom facilities at all job sites or contractor must supply a porta-potty
2. Fencing or new walls should be concrete block or otherwise approved materials, and no higher than 6 (six) feet
3. No houses, garages, or other buildings shall be higher than 14 (fourteen) feet, and must be at least 1 (one) meter from property line
4. Before all new construction and additions, everything must be approved by Rafael Navarro
5. Contractors must provide Rafael Navarro a contract, start date, completion date, total job cost, form of payment, and break down of material and labor costs
6. Homeowners are responsible for Contractor’s Social Security payment for employees
7. Swimming pools regulations: must enclosed by 6 (six) foot walls, with self-closing gate(s), and stay 1 (one) meter from property line
8. Contractors must clean up construction debris on a daily basis, and if they cannot, they must supply dumpster or trash containers at the construction location
9. Construction and/or demolition debris must be removed from Camp; debris may not be dumped in Camp
10. Workers start time is no earlier than 6:30 AM
11. Workers are subject to all camp rules including speed limits and leashing their dogs, etc.
12. Homeowners should use approved contractors with registered employees that are allowed to work in Pete’s Camp
13. Sub-contractors should be registered with Pete’s Camp
